This season, Kubu celebrates Earth’s Harvest, when the land offers an abundance of fragrant herbs, tropical fruits, and native vegetables. Inspired by nature, our menu showcases pristine local seafood complemented by foraged greens and seasonal fruits gathered from our local community - honoring the purity of ingredients and the vibrant flavors of Bali.
